DACHUAN COMPRESSOR CO.LTD. (the former: Sichuan Huaxi General Machine
Cor.) is an important enterprise that professionally produces large and
medium type compressors in the Southwest in the ˇ°three-fiveˇ± plan. The
company was found in 1967, put into production in 1978. Now the
corporation has become one of the three big compressors in the inland,
and is the appointed enterprise by the light industry bureau to produce
the plastic mould machine.
The
corporation has been supplying various sorts of large and medium type
compressors for many trades such as petrochemical, metallurgy, mine,
iron and steel, I, II, III kinds of pressure vessels, gas engine
compressors, plastic injection machines, aluminum shape extruders, and
many kinds of products have been exported to Europe, Africa, Southeast
Asia.
The corporation asset is 2.9 million CNY, has 320000 sq.m, now has 1400
clerks, among which professional technicians is about 400, person with
senior title is 105, the professor senior engineers is 8, person awarded
national subsidy is 5.
The corporation possesses main production equipments more than 400 sets,
among which have 3 ˇÁs 8m Spain planer type processing center, Czech ¦µ
200 ground boring machine, West Germany ¦µ 1m planer type honing
machine, ¦µ 160 numerical control ground milling machine, 2 ˇÁ6m
numerical control planer-type milling machine etc. more than 70sets
accurate, large and rare equipments.
The
corporation has Sichuan Compressor Institute, Sichuan Plastic Machinery
Institute, Sichuan Air Compressor Product Quality Supervision Station;
occupy three province grade institutes, heavy duty mechanical machining
plant, foundry plant, forge, vessel plant, heat treatment plant,
assembly plant, small type compressor plant.
The
corporation is national second grade measurement qualified unit with I,
II, III kinds pressure vessels design and manufacture license. And the
corporation has passed international quality guaranty standard and
gained certificate of ISO GB/T19000: 2000.
